I am not receiving the verification email

First check your inbox, Spam or Junk folder. Also mark QuinielaManĂ­a as a trusted sender to receive future emails.

  • Verify that the email was written correctly.
  • Wait a few minutes and check again.
  • Look for QuinielaManĂ­a messages in Spam or Junk.
  • If the issue continues, write to us from the registered email.

I cannot sign in

Sign-in may fail due to incorrect credentials, unverified email or temporary connection issues.

  • Confirm that the email and password are correct.
  • Verify your email first if you just created the account.
  • Use “Forgot password” if you do not remember your password.
  • If the error persists, send us a screenshot of the message shown.

I cannot enter Leagues

To use Leagues, you need to have an active tournament selected.

  • Go to the Dashboard and select an active tournament.
  • Then enter Leagues from the corresponding menu.
  • If you already selected a tournament and it still fails, sign out and sign in again.

I cannot enter Matches or Rankings

Matches and Rankings require an active league. This lets the app know which group you are competing in.

  • Select an active tournament.
  • Go to Leagues.
  • Join a league or create a new one.
  • Activate a league from My leagues.

I do not see public leagues

There may be no public leagues for the selected tournament or filters.

  • Confirm that you have an active tournament.
  • Clear country, name or code filters.
  • Try searching by another country.
  • You can also create your own league or join with a code.

My points or rankings are not updating

Points depend on confirmed official results and the platform's calculation process.

  • Verify that the match is already closed.
  • Verify that the official result is confirmed.
  • There may be a delay while points are recalculated.
  • If you notice a persistent difference, send us the league, match and screenshot.

I want to delete my account

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing from the registered email.

  • Write to support@quinielamania.com or privacy@quinielamania.com.
  • You may also use soporte@quinielamania.com or privacidad@quinielamania.com.
  • Include the registered email and explicitly request account deletion.
  • We may ask for additional confirmation to protect your account.
  • Some technical data or backups may be retained temporarily for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

I want to report abuse or misuse

If you detect abusive behavior, offensive names, misuse of leagues or suspicious activity, report it to support.

  • Include the name of the league or user involved.
  • Attach screenshots if you have them.
  • Describe the situation with as much detail as possible.

Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your account, write from the email registered in QuinielaManĂ­a to any of these addresses:
